I've started a new job (40+ hrs a week) and have drastically cut down on my workout time (I'm still trying to get a set schedule down). However, I'm down to a steady 138 and losing a bit each day. Ive been eating very clean (except for a diet Pepsi here and there). A LOT of green veggies, fruits, beans, and water.
At the moment I'm making Alex a pizza w/ sauce, cheese, and some veggies while he's passed out on the couch (lucky him, huh?). I'm just going to enjoy this beautiful long weekend and keep up the clean eating. I'm currently reading The China Study, and I just finished reading Skinny Bitch. Let me tell you, after reading both of those books, plus Eat to Live, I've found it very easy to cut out most, if not all foods that include any animal protein.
Goodluck to all : )

The scale said 140.4 this morning. Obviously I didn't lose 3 lbs overnight, but I'll take it : ) As long as the numbers are going down that's fine with me. I know I really need to lose the habit of weighing myself every morning after I pee. I KNOW, I KNOW, but I cant right now.
Yesterday was a pretty lazy day here since it was 95+ degrees outside, but it was full of great food choices.
YUMMMM. I also went for an intense and hilly 30 minute run.

Just a little introduction
I'm a 22 year old, recent college grad. I'm currently 140lbs and want to become a much healthier me, and during the process, lose at least 20lbs. I'll be taking a "daily" picture of what the the scale says, and a weekly picture of my "bikini bod".
I'm using this as a tool to keep myself motivated and on track. I loved the way I felt and when I was 120lbs and hope to get back there. I know this doesn't happen overnight so this will just be a place to post my thoughts and hopefully find other people like me : )
Obviously more stories and about me things are to come. Stay tuned.
GOOD LUCK
